ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) M.S.T. will ship on the following business day.
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.)
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

UPS does not offer Ground service to these locations. 2-Day Service is the minimum. You may also select Overnight Service.

SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPO AND P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
Overnight and 2-Day Delivery Service is unavailable to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. These orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery usually occurs within 5-7 business days.

SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES WITH MyUS.com

SALES TAX
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, New York, Virginia and Washington.  If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

We are happy to process your order via mail, if you would prefer to place your order with a personal check or a money order. Please send your payment, along with a letter which includes your name, address, telephone number, and the products you wish to order, to the following address:
