Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Osmotics purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. *Note: We cannot issue a return on product returned empty.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Refunds cannot be issued if the product is not received by Osmotics Corp.

We're sorry, but shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.  

Osmotics is unable to issue a refund for products purchased through one of our retailers. If you purchased our products through a retailer, please contact that retailer and inquire about their return policy.
