Order Processing:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm (noon) MST will ship the following business day.
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.)
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Domestic Shipping & Handling:

UPS Ground Service (6-8 business days from ship date) - $6.95

USPS Priority Mail (APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes) (5-7 business days from ship date) - $6.95

UPS 2-Day Service (2 business days from ship date) *Order must be placed before 12:00 pm (noon) for same day shipment. - $13.95

UPS Overnight Service (1 business day from ship date)*Order must be placed before 12:00 pm (noon) MST for same day shipment. - $25.00

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
UPS does not offer Ground service to these locations. 2-Day Service is the minimum. You may also select Overnight Service.

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Boxes 
Overnight and 2-Day Delivery Service is unavailable to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. These orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery usually occurs within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping
We partner with MyUS.com, a leader in package and mail forwarding. They receive packages on behalf of our shoppers and consolidate merchandise and ship it internationally. They also handle the necessary customs paperwork on each shipment.
How MyUS.com works:
1. Register with MyUS.com and receive a U.S. shipping address.
2. Shop osmotics.com, enter your MyUS.com address as the shipping address
3. MyUS.com will forward your items to you anywhere in the world.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Virginia and Washington. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

Mail Order
We are happy to process your order via mail, if you would prefer to place your order with a personal check or a money order. Please send your payment, along with a letter which includes your name, address, telephone number, and the products you wish to order, to the following address:

To obtain a total for your mail order which includes sales tax and shipping, please call us at (800) 440-1411. Mail orders that do not include the all the applicable charges may be delayed or cancelled.

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Osmotics purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of your order date and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. We are unable to issue a return on product returned empty. If you purchased a collection, all products within the collection must be returned – partial returns will not be issued. Once your return has been received and process, you will receive a full refund of the cost of your purchase.

Please follow the below steps to ensure proper processing of your return:

  1. Pack the products carefully, to avoid damage in transit, if available, include your original packing slip. If not, include a note with your full name, order number, date of order, phone number and email address.
  2. Seal the package and take the package to a UPS office, local USPS office or give it your US Postal Service Mail Carrier. We recommend sending your return via UPS or insured parcel post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We are unable to issue refunds if the product is not received by Osmotics.

Shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt. Refunds on your credit cards can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank’s policies. If an order was purchased with a gift certificate, the refund will be issued as a store credit. We’re unable to refund the original cost of shipping and return shipping. Only products purchased through Osmotics.com maybe returned. We are unable to issue a refund for products purchased through one of our retailers. If you purchased products through a retailer, we recommend contacting the retailer and inquire about their return policy.
